libheif-js 1.23.5 — Emscripten build of libheif (with libde265 and dav1d).

This file is the unmodified libheif-wasm/libheif-bundle.mjs from the npm package. The site loads it
only to decode HEIC/HEIF images in browsers without a native decoder; you may replace it with your
own build exposing the same API.
