| IBPS PO hand-written declaration | 50 KB – 100 KB formats: JPG, JPEG IBPS CRP PO/MT-XVI detailed notification (30.06.2026): declaration hand-written in English (not in capital letters) on white paper with black ink; JPG/JPEG; 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI preferred (10 cm × 5 cm); file size 50 KB to 100 KB. How it works
- Choose a photo — JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC.
- Adjust the crop frame if the target needs a fixed shape.
- The tool searches for the best quality that fits the size and pixel requirements.
- Download the result. Location and camera data (EXIF) are removed.
Didn’t fit? What to do
- Write the declaration in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink on white paper.
- Do not write in capital letters: the notification rejects declarations in capitals.
- Fit the text into a wide 2:1 area (about 10 cm × 5 cm) so it fills the frame and stays readable at 800×400.
- Photograph the paper flat and in even light; a tilted page wastes the frame on background.
Frequently asked questions
What is the IBPS declaration size?
JPG/JPEG, 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI preferred (10 cm × 5 cm), file size between 50 KB and 100 KB, per the CRP PO/MT-XVI notification.
What is the text of the declaration?
“I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Can someone else write it for me?
No. It must be in your own handwriting; a declaration written by someone else makes the application invalid. Candidates who cannot write follow the separate rule in the notification.
