Didn’t fit? What to do
- Sign on plain white paper with a black ink pen, as the notification asks.
- Do not sign in capital letters: IBPS rejects signatures written in capitals.
- Leave little empty paper around the signature: at 140×60 pixels, wide margins make the ink thin and hard to read.
- Photograph the paper in even light. Grey shadows around the ink make the signature look dirty at this size.

What is the IBPS signature size?
The CRP PO/MT-XVI notification asks for a signature of 140 × 60 pixels (preferred) and a file size between 10 KB and 20 KB.
Can I sign in capital letters?
No. The notification says the signature must not be in capital letters.
My signature file is below 10 KB. What do I do?
Pick it here: the tool aims for a result between 10 KB and 20 KB. If the image is too small in bytes, the tool adds filler data inside the JPEG; the signature looks the same.
Is the thumb impression the same as the signature?
