Didn’t fit? What to do
- Phone photo rejected? It may be over 6 MB or saved as HEIC: convert it to a JPG under 6 MB.
- Check pixels, not only MB: the photo must be at least 600 pixels wide and 750 pixels tall, in portrait orientation.
- Do not use filters or edit your face; the rules forbid altered photos. The tool only converts, resizes and re-saves.
- Use a plain light-coloured background and show your head, shoulders and upper body.
